My Husband I decided to purchase a new house in Scottsdale Ranch, 3 of our friend are already living there. Enjoying the beauty od the place. They introduced us to The Holm Group, that represents buyers and sellers in Scottsdale Ranch. They have help us in every part of the way. They promised us to ensure a smooth, safe and successful transaction. We did our purchase through the help of DC Ranch Real Estate and of course with the technical help of The Holm Group.
DC Ranch was a very beautiful and peaceful place to live in. The place was really safe and offers a lot of features like; lighted tennis and basketball courts, olympic-size pool, children’s wading pool, children’s adventure playground, exercise and fitness room, poolside and garden patios, meeting rooms for clubs, celebrations and events, a community-wide intranet, and a full calendar of events and activities. Probably our best purchase for the past years.
